North Shore Surfing Watergirl Training (Girl's version of Waterman Training)

Aloha Tribe,

It's getting down to the wire now for my month long Surfing Training trip to Hawaii to train as a Watergirl. This is the beginning of my Watergirl Training. It's been an exciting last few months as I've been preparing. now that it is down to a matter of days before I go, in many ways, I wish I had about a month or two more to train to get ready.

My language skills in Surfing Language, Hawaiian, and Hawaiian Pidgin are coming along slowly, but, at least I feel like I'm starting to get the most basic of Basics down. And, as for my Physical Training, well, another two months would be very nice.

Last weekend I picked up my new Argent Elephant Gun. Argent is a very very light silver, so light, it almost looks white. She is a truly beautiful board, long, sleek, shapely, very very feminine looking. She'll be the fastest strongest surfboard ever shaped. It'll be fun to let her find her legs and put her through her paces, so to speak, sort of filly terms, in a way. I've not ridden her yet, her virgin trip will be on the North Shore itself, quite probably at Sunset Beach.

In addition to my Elephant Gun, I'll also be bringing my Lime Green Thruster. I was going to bring my longboard but since this is my first flight with boards, I thought I'd stick with two surfboards to see how I manage them.

The next few days I'll focus  on fasting on water to truly embrace my Watergirl training. It'll help give me hone an internal razor's edge physically, mentally, and spiritually.

I'm not sure exactly what my training will consist of yet, I'm being shaped  as a Watergirl by the world famous surfer and Waterman, Darrick Doerner. I am truly the most excited girl on the planet I believe, for what could be cooler than that.

I know I'll be doing some surfing, probably lots on the North Shore, some SUP (Stand Up Paddle Surfing) on Kauai for a bit,  lots of ocean swimming, and I'd imagine, tons of wave study and surf science study along with countless physical training on the beach.

When all is said and done, over a month from now, I'll more than likely be rather shredded, tanned, and in awesomely muscled shape.

My diet on the North Shore will be primarily fruit, perhaps with an occasional fish taco if I can find one. And, tons of water. It'll be a rather Spartan diet, yet, one I've been living with for over a year now and, enjoying and loving every moment of it.

I'm starting to get pretty excited about my trip. I watch the movie North Shore every day, along with 110% Surfing  Techniques Volumes 1 and 2. These three movies have been my Visualization Training focus and, I'd highly recommend them to everyone. Watching all three movies once to twice a day while exercising is a great way to tweak the mind and body.

Bodaciously Stoked,
